Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Battle Royale Mode Will Be 'Blackout'

Call of Duty's new Blackout Battle Royale Mode is the one thing that a lot of Call of Duty fans want to hear about.

The creators of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4" confirmed today that the game - the latest in the first-person military-style shooter series, slated to release in October - will include a battle-royale mode similar to "Fortnite: Battle Royale".

It seemed somewhat inevitable that Activision would find a way to cash in on the Battle Royale craze, and it has been rumored for a while that Call of Duty would be the franchise to take it on first.

According to the authors, the map of the Blackout fifteen hundred times more of the map Nuketown from the first Black Ops.

"When it came to working on Overwatch, we consulted with Treyarch on a number of features.[now] we're going to be able to talk to players across Black Ops 4, into Overwatch, which should be pretty awesome". You can get in on the fun early if you pre-order the game to get signed up for the private beta.

Activision has announced the release date for the next Call of Duty, and provided a launch trailer and a smattering of game details.

Another multiplayer mode is making its debut in this new Call of Duty called Blackout. There will be no automatic health regeneration but a manual healing through a health button.

That will include land, air, and sea vehicles. Black Ops 4 features a combination of new and returning Specialists, each with their own unique weapons, equipment and playstyles.

"How we look at it is, we are crafting our own experience with Black Ops 4", producer Miles Leslie said. "At its core Black Ops has always been about challenging convention and boldly taking our gameplay in new directions".

Each of the specialists will also be given single player solo missions, which will be fast paced and will play out like trials giving players a chance to get used to the way a particular specialist works. There will be 4 new characters introduced and day one we are getting three zombie maps! Black Ops 4 has been recently unveiled and to everyone's surprise, the game has been transformed to a classic 5v5 team based match. The removal is still some bad news as many still played the game for its campaign. The story is a new take on the franchise, weaving the plot through all three maps to tell the tale of "an ancient order hell-bent on transforming the world to fulfil their nefarious agenda," said Zombies director Jason Blundell during the event.

As was also suggested months ago, there is a battle royale mode.

Developer Treyarch has also - per rumours - ditched the single player component for Black Ops 4. "The same goes for our PC community. They have inspired and fueled us to set a new standard on PC across every aspect from dedicated servers and security to full optimization and polish that's worthy of both Black Ops and Battle.net".

Player Movement and Gameplay Pace - The pace of Black Ops IIII has evolved, without slowing down the speed of the player.

It has the largest ever PC development team CoD has ever seen working on it, and will feature an uncapped framerate, 4K resolution and HDR, support for ultra-wide monitors, and the ability for players to extensively customise the performance and visual quality for their specific hardware. With Black Ops 4 though, I feel the Treyarch is really trying for something new and I may have to just shut up and give it a chance.
